BOOK REVIEW ( How to win friends and influence people ) By Dale Carnegie

Two good quotes I found helpful

“If there is any one secret of success it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.”—Henry Ford

“I will speak ill of no man and speak all the good I know of everybody.”—Benjamin Franklin

Part 1 : Techniques in Handling People
(  Don't criticize or complain )
( Give you're best appreciation to everybody )
( Boost the person ego )
( Make there self confidence go up )
( Be a extra support system for them )

Part 2 :  Ways to Make People Like You
( Become more aware of people )
( Smile and always make a good impression )
( What I found big was it said a person's name to them is the best sound to hear ) call them by there name !!! key !!!
( Also be a good listener and make the other person feel like they belong  to talk to you , make them feel good about what they talking about )

Part 3 : How to Win People to think like you
( Never put yourself into a argument )
(Never tell a person they wrong , show respect for whatever has to be said )
( Be friendly and admit you're wrong sometimes , it's the best for you )
( Try putting yourself in the person shoes your'e talking to )
( Last thing is , try to get the person to understand you and respect where you coming from )

Part 4 : Be a Leader—How to Change People Without Being  Offensive
( Begin with talking highly of the person )
(This was me in high school, I used to talk about my own mistakes at practice before I corrected my team about there mistakes .Being a leader means you have to lead so others follow your ways )
(Encouragement is key because , thats a support system itself and I found that very helpful in my everyday life )
( Also a good thing is , I was captain and this ties in to everything I did in-order  to play the great leader role that I did . Praise everything wether its something big or small , let the person know that you appreciate everything there doing . )
( When you're leading knowing exactly what the other person benefits from and are you helping them become a better person )

Good Quotes I found Useful from Dale :

“Talk to someone about themselves and they'll listen for hours.”
“You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.”
