( Also be a good listener and make the other person feel like they belong to talk to you , make them feel good about what they talking about )

(Never tell a person they wrong , show respect for whatever has to be said )
( Be friendly and admit you're wrong sometimes , it's the best for you )

(This was me in high school, I used to talk about my own mistakes at practice before I corrected my team about there mistakes .Being a leader means you have to lead so others follow your ways )
(Encouragement is key because , thats a support system itself and I found that very helpful in my everyday life )
( Also a good thing is , I was captain and this ties in to everything I did in-order to play the great leader role that I did . Praise everything wether its something big or small , let the person know that you appreciate everything there doing . )
( When you're leading knowing exactly what the other person benefits from and are you helping them become a better person )
